ok really, im just playing with my new puter and i'm getting a kick out of my spiffy scanner/copier/printer and so, here some stuff i've done in the past year. there is a LOT more, but i'm not gonna bore everybody.

Christ those are some big pictures.

How much of your body is covered in tats, Jen? I've never really been into them, though the dragonfly looks pretty cool. Are these all on your body or are they tats you've inked on others?

I fixed the pics for you so they're resized as well as being all in one post. Sorry I deleted some of your posts, but they were only there as placeholders for the images.

For future reference, if you want the pics to be smaller, either find a program that will resize them for you (this little add-on for Windows XP lets you resize images by right-clicking them - very simple), or scan at a lower resolution. The higher the resolution you scan the photos at, the more dots per inch, and the bigger they're going to be.

i will remember that. ive got xp so that should work... i'm not sure how to adjust my scanning resolution... but that just means i have to play with it more... i've only had the puter a week.
those are tats i have done on others, out of my portfolio.
dave, i trust your almighty guidence to make this a place of LOVE... its your job to fix the things us who are techno-ingorant fuck up.
i'm pretty covered. my left arm is almost sleeved, just needs a background to unite it. my right arm has my hand and inside of my wrist done (with a quote from neitzsche) but thats it. my lower legs are also pretty covered, got some little spaces, also need to figure out a nice background. right thigh has some work, and chest has a little (wedding tattoo, some tribal, sparrows) and i'm still plotting out the rest.

If I ever post something devastatingly funny (I reckon it might happen someday, I've been doing this more than 6 years now and it's overdue), would you get it tattooed on you? I'd be pretty stoked to know that some stoned comment was working its way around America while I do my day to day rubbish.

Maybe it can fill in the sleeveless bit of your left arm.

In other news, your tat pics are awesome indeed. Dragonfly is my favourite. The feet kinda creep me out because of the veins sticking out. Do you ever get nervous using the needle over those areas, just in case you get a spurter? That probably never happens, but it still weirds me out a little.

i did get a spurter once... it was a really slim dude who had really vein-ey arms and when i was doing background smoke and fan blades on his arm the inside of his arm (crook of the elbow) had a HUGE vein and he just bled and bled...
it sucked. i had to finish that area and leave some paper towels taped to that part of his arm while i worked elsewhere so he would clot. purty nasty.
other than that bleeders are usually people who are taking blood thinners either prescribed for blood pressure issues or are just thinking i'm not gonna notice the coke nuggets on thier nose and the alcohol wafting off thier breath.
yea, coke thins your blood too.

yea, but the error in having things in other languages on you is that you have idiots walking up to you asking you if you know what your kanji means.
Yes, asshole, I went to my local bookstore and bought a fucking BOOK, that is b-o-o-k, which teaches one how to read chinese, so i a reasonably sure that i do not have "stupid american" written on me in another language.
i also had several asian people who had no reason to lie to me (insufferably honest asian people are common in miami) read my shit before it was tattooed upon my body.

Some people do get bad Kanji tattoos, though.

I always digged Beavis' idea of getting a tattoo of a butt on your butt. I also like George Carlin's tattoo suggestions of getting the three stooges staring at your asshole, or getting a "No entry" or "Two-way street" signs tattood on one's butt.

Your pieces look cool. I dislike the tramp stamps (tattoos on the lower back of a young lady) though. Why tattoo somewhere you can't see? Is it for the guy to look at while he's hittin' it from the back?

well, on the top one, the chick already had the heart and I just added the tribal and the flower. but yea, her man was all like, "whoo hah!" after it was done.
the dragonfly, she saw the picture and just freaked... the pic spoke to her and she had to get it. and she used to be real thick now she's real sexy-body-mama so maybe she's breakin out of her shy-shell a bit.

eh, phooey. still working on that size issue.
guess it does matter. this was drawn by an artist, InkPimpBennie from Amsterdam, and he had the good graces to let me tattoo it on this man. the face was existing, bennie drew the dragon around what was already there. he's the shit.

Im thinking about getting another tat. I have been wanting a swallow since I travelled and returned to Brisbane as they have signifcance about this plus I think they are cool old school style. Its prob a bit typical but who gives a shit its my body to draw on and I like em. Have been tossing up whether to get it in colour as my other tat is just black. Think I will just make it black and on my hip. Want to have a few stars behind the wings.

Have been looking for pics on the internet and found one that was a pic of two swallows over a guys waist and was kinda pointing towards his penis and said in a scroll "spit or Swallow" it was really lame. I was just trying to find it but it seems to be gone. Also found a fun website called www.ratemyink.com kinda like hot or not but ink style.

Ever done any swallows Jen? Plus would love to see more of your work, definately not bored!
