Through some random URL typing today, I managed to discover a true gem – a right worthy cause.

bancomicsans.com – ‘putting the sans in Comic Sans’. They’ve even set up a petition to ban the font, which I think is a little over the top (not to mention entirely pointless). But I do hate this stupid ruddy font, mostly because of the fact that it is EVERYWHERE, and LOOKS LIKE SHIT.

Perhaps Comic Sans is misunderstood. Perhaps there are a few – and I mean a few – situations in which it is acceptable to use that fucking font. This may be one of them (from the Flickr Comic Sans group):

The best thing about bancomicsans.com, however, is that they give you a whole bunch of alternative comic fonts to download and used for free, all of which are immeasurably better than Comic Sans. I rather like I Hate Comic Sans. So come on, get on it.
